Beneath it, the data foundation is fragmented. Decisions are made from spreadsheets, PDF exports, and intuition. We are researching the missing intelligence layer, company-owned, schema-first, AI-augmented.

Supply chain leaders want to integrate AI. Few have deployed it at scale. The gap is not the model. It is the company-owned data foundation that lets a model reason over the supply chain ecosystem.

For AI to matter in supply chain, it must be trained on the company's own schema. Defined, owned, evolving with the organisation's priorities, not a vendor release cycle.

Our horizon combines three ideas at the heart of an AI-native organisation: a World Model, continuous Alpha discovery, and a Dorsey-style operating structure. Our first research has already produced a first applied work.
